What does Pre-Order mean?

We know that some of our most popular items can sell out quickly and may temporarily be on pre-order. This means that the items are currently out of stock but that there are shipments on their way to restock our warehouses. Ordering a pre-ordered item is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it!

• Please note that any additional items you order with a pre-ordered item will be held back until the pre-ordered item is back in stock. Once the pre-ordered item is received, it will automatically ship out in the order in which it was placed.
• We will notify you via a shipment confirmation email (along with a tracking number) once your pre-ordered items have shipped. There's no need to contact customer support or take any additional action. We'll take care of everything for you from here on out!
• We will do our best to estimate when pre-ordered items are expected to ship and will post this information on our website. However, please keep in mind that these dates are subject to change, and we cannot guarantee specific shipping dates.
