Hair Loss and the Holidays: Her Wig Closet's Guide to Our Most Realistic and Affordable Synthetic Wigs
During this time of year, we’ll have more customers asking us for help with their hair loss. Their goals are usually 1) to get their hair as close to their original appearance as possible and 2) to avoid worrying their families when they visit during the holidays. So for this reason, we’re compiled a list of some of our most natural looking synthetic wigs for those of you looking for an affordable hair loss solution. Alternatively, if you’re looking to help a friend or family member, a wig can be a thoughtful Christmas gift or even New Years gift.
Quick reminder!: All wigs included in this list are heat resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 250 degrees. This means that you can restyle the wig using hot tools like a curling iron or a hair straightener.
Strawberry Blonde
If you have a strawberry blonde hair tone, we recommend our Amelie or Avery wig. Both of these styles are wavy wigs with bangs and middle parts, however Amelie is longer with a tighter wave. If your hair tone is an ash strawberry blonde, we recommend our Karla wig. Karla is a straight medium-length wig with bangs and a middle part.
Blonde
Our options for blonde hair are ash blonde Alicia, and golden blonde Gwen. Both of these wigs are shoulder-length wavy bobs with bangs.
Brunette
If you prefer dark brown hair, we recommend our Natalie, Zara, and Erica wigs. Dark colors like brunette and black are some of our best sellers for natural color wigs. And as brunette hair coloring can vary widely, we have several options available. and Zara are both wigs with bangs, however Natalie is longer with wavy hair while Zara is a straight bob with a sweet curl inward at the ends. Erica offers the most styling options as it’s a lace top wig with a free part. This means that you can change your parting line as you wish. The lace top also offers a realistic scalp which makes styles like French braids look more natural.

Maxine, Bailey, and Bella are all lace front wigs which allow for a realistic hairline. We suggest going with a lace front if you like to keep your hair pulled back.
Multicolor
For those who love highlights, lowlights, and dimension in your hair, we suggest Audrey, Inaya, and Nyla. Audrey is a medium length wig with blonde chunky highlights against a brunette base. She’s also a lace top wig with a free part which allows you to change your parting line. Inaya and Nyla are both lace front wigs with middle parts and similar styling, however Inaya comes with ash blonde and honey blonde balayage, while Nyla comes with dark roots, and ash blonde and brunette balayage.
Pixie Cuts
Our shortest wigs are Gemma and Miriam. These pixie-cut wigs are a great option for those who like a short sweet style or for those who’d like an in-between look while their hair grows out.
Lace Top and Free Parts
Maxine, Erica, and Audrey are all lace top free part wigs. This means that you can change the hairline according to your needs and styles like french braids look more realistic. We recommend these wigs for their natural appearance and customizable styling.
